If you don't have time to sew on those patches, "Sonoma Tailoring & Formalwear" next to "Sonoma Market" will do it for you. $5 to $15 depending on the patch.

Uniforms
Scouts should take pride in their appearance and wear their uniform in its entirety which includes a tucked-in shirt and patches worn in the correct position.
Pack 16 requires the following uniform for all Scouts:
- Tigers should wear the official blue shirt with the Tiger cub neckerchief, slide (can be handmade), and hat.
- Cub Scouts (Wolf and Bear) wear the official blue shirt, appropriate neckerchief, slide (can be handmade), and hat.
- Webelos can wear the official blue shirt or the official khaki uniform shirt with blue shoulder loops, the Webelos hat, neckerchief and slide (can be home made).
All boys may wear blue. Webelos in the khaki uniform can also wear olive pants. No sweatpants or running outfits, please. Shorts in the same colors are also appropriate.
All shirts need to have the Redwood Empire Council patch, pack 16 numbers, den number and World Scouting Crest. Badges of rank and extra patches are to be worn in the correct position. If in doubt of the correct placement of any patches, please refer to the insignia guide. Leaders are also required to be in uniform during all appropriate activities.
