Tenderpads, what are they !
Well they are the newest members of a cub pack. Usually their time as a tenderpad last only a couple of weeks. During this time they are introduced to the world of cubbing at our weekly meetings.

During this time they are given a few thing to learn.

The Scouting Motto

Something cool they will learn is why all Beaver,Cubs,Scouts,Venturers, Rovers and Leaders AROUND TO WORLD (and that's lots of us!!!) always greet with a left hand shake.

They will also hear a few stories about Scouting founder Lord Robert Baden-Powell.

If you haven't got a Cub handbook yet, don't worry. Check the downloads at the bottom of this page and you will find all the handouts required to ensure YOUR Tenderpad learns these things.

Soon this Tenderpad will be invested into the pack and presented his brand new necker to wear, and will be on their way to earning Stars, badges , awards , and having adventures of a lifetime!!!
