Send them to one of the many upcoming training courses offered by the Wabash Valley District Training Team. Or minimally (for Cub Scout leaders) get them ONLINE to get trained! A trained leader is a happy leader that you will retain longer and be able to worry about less!
- Cub Scout Leader Specific Training - Offered several times per year
- Intro to Outdoor Leadership and Outdoor Leadership Skills for Webelos Leader IOLS/OWL is Saturday-Sunday during Fall Camporee. This course includes an overnight camping experience. This course is for all Scoutmasters, Assistant Scoutmasters (2nd of two required courses to be 100% trained) and Webelos Leaders.
- BALOO - Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation - Offered in the Fall
