We were established in 1998 and we are sponsored by St. Paul United Methodist Church in Lusby MD
Troop 451 Scouting Principles (The Aims of Scouting) are
To promote Character, Citizenship and Personal Fitness
Our Troop enjoys Camping, Hiking, Biking, Fishing, Kayaking, Cooking and other boating sports
We camp monthly some of our camping destinations are Gettysburg PA, C & O Canal, Antietam National Battlefield and we have camped locally.
We have helped with Service Projects in our local community such as Passion play, Scouting for Food and other Food Drives sponsored by local churches.
A Scout if helpful and we have volunteered many hours helping in our community
A Scout is prepared and we Promote First Aid Skills.
The Scouts of Troop 451 have participated in High Adventure Camping

Northern Tier High Adventure Base
Since our beginning we have 40 scouts that have earned the rank of Eagle Scout.
Our troop believes all Scouts deserve a Trained Leader. We are a boy led Troop and we encourage the scouts to learn Leadership skills. Some of our Scouts have completed the National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT). Want to have fun learning Scoutcraft, Woodcraft, and Campcraft come and visit Troop 451.
