ROCKY HILL CHRISTMAS PARADE!

Saturday Dec 3rd, and the parade is set to start at 6pm.  The parade route runs from Rocky Hill Elementary down around the shopping center to finish at Rocky Hill Baptist Church.  Children 8 and under (Tigers and Wolves) are required to ride on floats/vehicles, while ages 9 and up (Webelos) can walk.  The pack plans on decorating one large float for the Tigers and Wolves (and Webelos as room allows) to ride on to pull with a heavy pick-up truck. Webelos and Adult Leaders will walk with the float, and carry banners, flags. etc.  We will need some volunteers to arrive at RHES at 4pm to help with assembling and decorating the float, and scouts participating in the parade should arrive at 5:15.  Boys and Leaders should wear their Class A uniforms.  I expect to only have scouts and adult leaders walking and riding in the actual parade.   Parents and families can watch and enjoy. The parade is expected to end at 6:30 to 7:00 pm and parents can meet their scouts at Rocky Hill Baptist Church.
