Chartered in the Spring in 1940, Pack 103 is the oldest Cub Scout Pack in Batavia!

Pack 103 is a member of the Three Fires Council and Fox Valley District.

Eligibility
Lion Rank: Kindergartners
Tiger Rank: Under 8 years old, completed kindergarten or in 1st grade, or are 7 years old
Cub Scout Rank (Wolf and Bear): Second and Third graders
Webelos Rank: Fourth graders
Arrow of Light Rank: Fifth graders

To register your child to participate in Pack 103
     Complete and submit a Boy Scouts of America Youth Application
     Complete and submit 2 copies of the Boy Scouts of America Health Form
     Read, complete and submit last page of Pack 103 By-laws and family talent survey
     Complete and submit Family Talent Survey
     Submit registration fee

We are volunteer led and run
And we'd like to have YOU as a leader! 
Parent involvement is a key to the Pack success

Leaders are BSA trained and abide by policies established for the safety and well-being of its members
Two-deep leadership on all outings; one-on-one contact between adults and Scouts is prohibited
Privacy of youth is respected
No hazing, no bullying
Discipline must be constructive
Members are responsible for acting in accordance with the Scout Oath and Scout Law

Pack operations are coordinated by a Pack Committee
Monthly meetings are facilitated by the Committee Chair
Parents are encouraged to attend

Pack meetings are facilitated by the Cubmaster
Held monthly
Announce upcoming events and activities
Celebrate Scout achievements
Fun scouting and STEM activities
Scouts and a parent, or the whole family, are encouraged to make every effort to attend scheduled Pack meetings

Den meetings are facilitated by the Den Leader and Assistant Den Leader(s)
Typically two or three meetings a month sometimes involving a "Go See It" outing

Pack communication is coordinated through ScoutLander

Annual Popcorn Sale fundraiser covers most of Pack costs

Friends of Scouting (FOS) is an additional annual Council fundraiser

Summer Activities
Council-sponsored summer camps for all scout ranks, Good Templar Park, Geneva
Pack sponsors optional activities each month

Camping
Two scheduled Pack campouts annually, typically in late May and early October

Pack outings
Annual swim outing
Annual Cougar's game outing
Overnighter (recent overnighters have been at Cantigny, Brookfield Zoo and USS Cobia)
